More Than Half of America’s Friendliest Neighborhoods Are in the West: New Study

The Magnolia area in Seattle, Washington, which claims to be the friendliest community in the country, occupies the top spot in terms of friendliness among the ten communities in the northern states. The 200 most popular districts on Zillow between 2022 and 2023 were analyzed by a new study by All Star Home, including Google assessments for the places themselves and the companies that are located there.
The American West may give better housing choices for people, according to Melissa Stephenson, a spokeswoman for All Star Home, a roof and siding company based in North Carolina. ” I think the American communities got such great marks due to things like nice weather, great topography, great businesses, and ultimately happier people”, she said….
