Russia did indeed target the SBU. Two Russian projectile rockets were fired down by Russian air defense systems after hitting SBU agencies, according to The Kyiv Post. According to Reuters, 10 people were injured by weapon dirt from the shot-down weapons, according to Ukrainian authorities.
