When San Bernardino County judge ‘s&nbsp, deputies tragically shot 15- yr- ancient Savannah Graziano&nbsp, at the end of a higher- speed chase involving her father, who had abducted her, authorities were strong about what they said happened.

According to San Bernardino County Sheriff Shannon Dicus, it appeared that the child was “tactical products” and that she was reportedly pursuing representatives. According to Dicus, sheriff’s investigators discovered Savannah “was a student in shooting at our delegates.”

But kudos to&nbsp, new film and audio&nbsp, of the firing obtained by an independent columnist, that tale appears to be very misleading.

The picture, in truth, shows the woman followed a sheriff’s instructions and walked toward him before another sheriff’s shot fatally struck her. According to the California Department of Justice, whether or not Savannah was shooting at delegates is still being looked into by the coroner’s leaders.

As part of a state-level killing research currently being conducted, the discoveries have garnered media attention.

    Here is what we know:

    Who was Savannah Graziano?

The girl was caught in the middle of a terrible crime in September 2022.

Authorities found her mother, Tracy Martinez, &nbsp, shot to death&nbsp, in the street near her Fontana apartment, and discovered Savannah was missing. Her parents, Anthony Graziano, was described as the primary suspect behind the shooting and the girl’s violence. Authorities claimed that at the same time, he even shot a child and another person at a local school.

Around 7:30 a.m. on September 26 on the peaceful Fontana city, steps from the elementary school, the sound of more than a hundred gunshots was audible. Authorities in Fontana claimed that the shooting was connected to a local violence incident.

Although the couple was reportedly going through a divorce, the officers said they had been informed that neither Martinez nor Graziano had filed for divorce, according to The Times ‘ report from 2022. &nbsp, ( A family member more recently told&nbsp, the Guardian&nbsp, the couple were estranged and Anthony Graziano was “abusive and manipulative”. )

In the weeks leading up to her mother’s murder, Savannah’s parents resided with her, according to Fontana authorities. The father and daughter had been camping in local parks and resorts as well as residing in nearby hotels.

What happened before the policeman filming?

Savannah’s violence was described in an Amber Alert, and Graziano’s vehicle was spotted by a citizen who saw the woman and her father on September 27, the day after her family was fatally shot.

According to San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials at the time, the father and daughter were discovered close to the Lenwood community, but they were shot before 11 a.m. when they attempted to pull the vehicle over.

A 70- hour achievement followed, with Graziano capturing outside the truck with a automatic weapon. When he attempted to drive the vehicle up a steep hillside on the side of the highway in Hesperia, the quest came to an end.

According to The Times, a gunfight broke out, and Savannah’s position in the shooting was not completely understood based on Dicus ‘ claim that the young had some part in the shooting.

The Times cited the&nbsp, deputy, who stated&nbsp, she “ran out toward representatives wearing body gear and a military hat and was shot”. Savannah’s motivation for running toward representatives remained a mystery. The vehicle was reportedly used to retrieve a rifle, but sheriff’s officials did not provide more details about what other items were discovered at the scene.

Two weeks after the shooting, the California attorney common told The Times that Savannah&nbsp, appeared to be unarmed&nbsp, when she was shot.

    What does the picture present?

Joey Scott, a journalist, requested the affair videos from the Sheriff’s Department at a California Public Records Act request, and he helped the volunteer First Amendment Coalition in his attempts to get it.

The film captures the picture from a coroner’s helicopter.

Savannah can be seen stepping out of the passenger side of the car and crouching lower as she moves toward a nearby sheriff’s assistant, who orders her to move toward him after Graziano’s vehicle comes to a stop. She seems to wait, knelt and continues to move ahead. That’s when she is struck by a sheriff’s shot.

After the killing, her brain is blurred out in the picture.

Someone can be heard saying over the tv,” Oh, no”, after she is shot.

Representatives on the ground were not wearing body cams, but the department released sound from a deputy’s buckle that was close to the child when she exited her father’s truck.

” Passenger, find out”, the deputy constantly yells as gunshots bursts in the background.

He instructs the child,” Travel around! Travel to me! Come, come, travel … move, walk, walk”.

The lieutenant asks his brother officers to stop shooting as she falls to the ground.

” Cease shooting her! He’s in the car! Stop”! the lieutenant shouts. ” She’s OK! He’s in the car! … Stop”!

According to specialists, the girl was seriously injured when officers tried to get her medical attention, and she eventually passed away in a hospital from her injuries. Additionally, her father passed away at the picture.

Sheriff’s officials have admitted for the first time that a sheriff’s shot tragically struck Savannah. Additionally, the film revealed that a rifle, handguns, flash-bangs, body armor, and weapons were recovered from the picture, but it was not disclosed whether Savannah was armed when she was killed.

Savannah was shot by representatives who had a unique perspective of the vehicle, according to the Sheriff’s Department. The department did not name the shooters, but it claimed they were at a distance and at a higher elevation than the vehicle eventually came to a stop. According to specialists, those deputies shot at her because they realized a man was approaching the nearest assistant without his knowledge when they exited the vehicle.
