Officials announced the death of a girl who was shot in the head and killed on Friday evening in the middle of a Philadelphia city.

According to authorities, the incident took place in Frankford in the Northeast of Philadelphia. The youth was arguing with another person only after 2 p. m. along the 4200 wall of Romain Street.

The debate grew worse when the other party, a man, pulled a gun and fired at least two shots at the teenager. One of the shots hit the target, even a man, in the head.

The alleged gunman then fled the area through an alley, authorities told NBC Philadelphia. He was sporting a black ski helmet and coat.

The sufferer, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene at 2: 17 p. m.

Authorities later said they&nbsp, recovered a weapon from the target, &nbsp, local television station WPVI reported.

No arrests have been made as of Saturday.

According to information released by the Philadelphia Office of the Controller earlier this year, the town saw&nbsp, 56 incidents of firearm violence&nbsp, between Jan. 1 to Jan. 18. Almost 30 % of them resulted in mortality. The various three patients, who were Latino, were Black, while the other three were the other three.
