Elon Musk, the owner of the social media platform X, was charged with obstruction of justice after he challenged a judge order requiring the removal of a number of X transactions.
In his judgement on Sunday, Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes said that Mr. Musk may be probed for admitted obstruction of justice, legal business, and provocation, according to multiple studies.
The judge remarked that” the flagrant acts of obstructing Brazilian justice, incitement of crime, public threat of rebellion of court requests, and upcoming lack of cooperation from the program are facts that contempt Brazil’s sovereignty.”
