A delivery person who fatally shot Angie Harmon’s dog while using Instacart to deliver groceries to her home wo n’t likely face criminal charges.
A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department spokesman told E! that the vehicle “indicted that she was attacked by her dog, but he discharged his firearm.” News. The vehicle is not facing legal repercussions for his or her actions.
Our police carefully examined the affair before deciding against charging. No more gatherings are being sought by the authorities. The event is then closed”, the spokesperson added.
The man told police that the puppy attacked him, but the delivery driver had no apparent injuries, according to a police spokesperson.
As Breitbart News reported,  , Harmon,  , the artist commonly known for roles on Law &, Order and Rizolli &, Isles, announced last week that a delivery vehicle shot and killed her German sheep- hound mix outside her home in Charlotte, North Carolina.
” This Easter trip a person delivering groceries for Instacart shot &, killed our beautiful Oliver”, Harmon wrote on Instagram, sharing pictures of her dog. ” He got out of his vehicle, delivered the meal &, Now shot our dog”.
” Our ring camera was charging in the house, which he saw &, then knew he was n’t being recorded”, the actress continued. ” The authorities let him go b/c he claimed’ home defense.’ He had neither a scrape nor a bit on him, and neither did his trousers.
” He shot our doggie with my sons &, myself at household &, merely kept saying,’ yeah, I shot your dog. Yeah I did,'” Harmon said. ” We have lost our beloved boy and our beloved family member,” declares the statement.” We are absolutely traumatized and beyond devastated.”
A spokesperson for Instacart told Individuals,” We were profoundly saddened and disturbed to learn about this incident. The shopping bill was promptly removed from our platform because” we have no tolerance for assault of any kind.”
