Disney allowed to pause its federal lawsuit against Florida governor as part of settlement deal

Disney requested a two-month wait in a federal lawsuit against the Florida governor on Monday, and an appellate court granted that demand. After the two parties reached a settlement in individual prosecution in state court, Ron DeSantis and his officials were appointed to Walt Disney World’s governing area.
