Will” Lia” Thomas spearheaded this” trans women “‘s eradication of women in sports two years ago. Thomas, who is a gentleman, competed on the women’s float team at the University of Pennsylvania after competing on the men’s team for three years.  ,
Interestingly, Thomas won races against women and robbed natural people of their options. At the NCAA finals, Thomas took home a NCAA Division I Title. And, when he tied against Riley Gaines at the NCAA finals, he was permitted to take the prize house, while Gaines left clear- handed.
One governing body for college sports made the decision to oppose players like Thomas who are competing against women this year.
National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics ( NAIA ) announced on Monday that biological males will not be able to compete in women’s sports. The NAIA is the brain responsible for 249 little colleges in the United States.  ,
The plan was approved by a 20- 0 voting, according to CBS Sports. A study conducted later last year revealed widespread support for the guideline.  ,

NAIA President Jim Carr told CBS Sports in a speech,” We know there are a lot of different viewpoints out it.” We thought that creating justice and competition in the NAIA was our top priority, and we think it also reflects the purpose of Title IX’s creation. You are permitted to have individual, comparable opportunities for people to thrive.
Carr added that these players could engage in men’s activities.  ,
” It’s important to realize that the female activities are available to anyone”, he added.  ,  ,
Prior to this, the NCAA made it clear that the national governing body of each activity may set their own rules for transgender athletes. This came after Thomas, a so-called” lgbt” athlete, squared off against biological females and won.  ,
Earlier this year, Townhall reported how” transgender” swimmer Will” Lia” Thomas had been engaged in a” secret” legal battle in hopes of overturning a rule established by World Aquatics prohibiting males who think they’re” transgender” from competing against women.  ,
And, Gaines, and many other sports, have sued the NCAA over its laws that force athletes like Thomas to compete against females.  ,
According to the complaint, “NCAA has aligned with the most radical elements of the so-called diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda on college campuses” and “destroyed ] female safe spaces in women’s locker rooms by authorizing naked men to disrobe in front of non-consenting college women, creating circumstances where unwilling female college athletes unwitwitfully or reluctantly expose their naked or partially clad bodies to men, subjecting women to a loss of their constitutional right to bodily privacy.”
