After the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse two weeks ago, a second channel will be installed at Baltimore’s port, according to Sen. Ben Cardin, who announced on Tuesday that the Maryland legislative delegation will support legislation seeking federal funding to pay completely for a fresh bridge.
