Congressman in the border data resolution condemning the administration for “failing to uphold” immigration laws

EL PASO, Texas ( Border Report ) – A West Texas congressman says he’s filed a resolution condemning the Biden administration for “failing to enforce immigration laws” and secure U. S. borders. Additionally, the solution urges the management to reconsider its approach to illegal immigrants and to lessen any repercussions for national security.

    U. S. Rep. Tony Gonzales, R- Texas, just also called for the administration to identify the brutal Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua as a international legal organization. People of TREND DE ARGUA have been linked to high-profile acts in the United States this month.

” Americans are fed up with President Biden’s damaged immigration laws. The border problems in our backyard is something that the residents of my neighborhood experience daily,” Gonzales said on Tuesday.

The decision alleges the presidency has “incentivized” 9.5 million workers to come into the United States and released 6.4 million into the region. Additionally, it claims that the administration is using its discretion to deport immigrants who do n’t meet the narrow political asylum criteria and has n’t deported them.

The House Judiciary Committee and the House Committee on Homeland Security have been given access to the act.

Nationwide migrant encounters since Oct. 1, 2020.
Aderbis Segundo Pirela Pirela, a Colombian group leader, was arrested in March 2024 after a traffic halt in New Braunfels, Texas. Colombia’s state is requesting his extradition based on numerous death counts. Pirela is reportedly founder- president of Los Satanas, a body of the Tren de Aragua prison group in Venezuela.

A search of U. S. Customs and Border Protection consumer data reveals that, as of Feb. 29, the U. S. Border Patrol and the Office of Field Operations have reported a combined 9, 411, 440 million contacts global since Oct. 1, 2020. It’s not obvious how many of those are asylum- seekers surrendering to authorities. In January 2021, Biden took office.

The decision mentions the terrible dying of Georgia medical student Laken Riley, reportedly by Jose Ibarra, of Venezuela. Ibarra is alleged to be a Tren de Aragua representative who turned himself in in El Paso, Texas, in September of 2022 and was released on parole the following day.

A Cuban regional who was detained in New Braunfels during a traffic stop was arrested last month and the Colombian government began extradition proceedings against him. Pinela is currently being detained by U.S. immigration authorities because of crime charges she faces in Colombia.

He is alleged to be the co-leader of the Satanas crew, an affiliate of Tren de Aragua.
