Rashee Rice, the wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs, was the subject of a police’s Texas arrest warrant on Wednesday in connection with a car accident that resulted in” serious bodily harm.”
The Dallas Police Department announced in a statement that imprisonment permits were issued for Theodore Knox, both 23, and Knox, both 21, in connection with the March 30 event on North Central Expressway.
” The investigation determined two individuals, Knox driving the Corvette, and Rice driving the Lamborghini, were speeding in the far- kept street of North Central Expressway, near University Boulevard”, authorities said in a statement. ” The vehicles caused a chain reaction incident in which four other cars were involved.”
One count of aggravated assault, one count of incident involving serious physical harm, and six counts of incident involving injuries were brought against Rice and Knox.
The people in the cars are not being charged, authorities said.
No suspect was in prison as of earlier Wednesday night, according to police.
Rice claimed last week in a social media post that he had met with researchers and accepted responsibility for what transpired.
” Now I met with Dallas Police researchers regarding Saturday’s incident”, Rice said. ” I accept full responsibility for my actions in this situation and will continue to collaborate with the appropriate authorities.” I sincerely apologize to all impacted in Saturday’s crash”.

The” Lamborghini” hit the middle middle walls, according to Dallas Police, and the two cars collided in a chain reaction.
The Lamborghini and Corvette owners all fled the scene, according to police, without stopping to check whether someone needed medical attention or to share their knowledge. ” Two of the concerned individuals received minor injuries at the scene from Dallas Fire- Recovery, and two other car occupants were taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
