A 38-year-old bearded man was detained last week in North Carolina on an immoral exposure to a small charge after reportedly cutting completely nude in a Planet Fitness women’s locker room, according to ABC affiliate WSOC- TV on Wednesday.
Christopher Allan Miller reportedly took advantage of Planet Fitness ‘ plan that allows people to use bag bedrooms, bathrooms, and rain based on their “gender identity” and entered the women’s locker room at the school’s Gastonia, North Carolina, area. According to sources, he then allegedly disrobed and demanded a woman take a shower before she dialed 911.
” It’s a man but he says he identifies as a woman, and he wo n’t leave the restroom. But he is just walking around showing us his — and he wo n’t leave”, a woman told the dispatcher.
Miller was booked in the Gaston County, North Carolina, jail and identified as a male in his online inmate entry, The New York Post reported.

Betty Brice, a member of Planet Fitness, was outraged that a man could claim to be transgender and enter the women’s locker room.
” I think a woman should be able to go into a woman’s bathroom without a man coming in saying he’s transgender”, Brice said.
Planet Fitness has reached out for comment, according to The Daily Wire.
A woman reported photographing a man in the women’s locker room, prompting her to claim her Planet Fitness membership was terminated a month later.

A Planet Fitness spokesman defended canceling Silva’s membership, according to The Daily Mail, saying in a statement,” As the home of the Judgement Free Zone, Planet Fitness is committed to creating an inclusive environment. Members and guests may use the gym facilities that most closely align with their sincere, self-reported gender identity, according to our gender identity non-discrimination policy. The member who posted on social media allegedly violated our mobile device policy, which forbids photo capturing of people in the locker room, and their membership was terminated.
Planet Fitness founder and former CEO Mike Grondahl said the recent reports on the company’s policies have “destroyed” it in a recent interview with Chaya Raichick, who runs the well-known social media account Libs of TikTok.
” For me, Planet Fitness was like a kid again. And I put my heart and soul into starting that business, which has been pretty much destroyed in recent weeks because, he said, it has lost all respect in the nation. ” There’s no common sense standing behind this”.
Within two weeks of Silva’s announcement to the public with her account of encountering a man in the women’s locker room, Planet Fitness lost roughly 15 % of its stock.
