On Wednesday’s spread of “CNN Newsroom”, Biden Campaign Co- Head Rep. James Clyburn ( D- SC ) said that the view to Israel’s warfare against Hamas in the midst of the October 7 problems is Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s “most new mistake”. He continued,” Netanyah may succeed, but Netanyahu must leave.” That, to me, did solve all the errors, if the people of Israel get rid of Netanyahu. He is a mistake”.
Wolf Blitzer questioned Clyburn about President Joe Biden’s condemnation of Netanyahu’s strategy for the war and whether some members of the Democratic Party did accept anything less than an immediate ceasefire.
Clyburn answered,” All of this, I would suggest, is Netanyahu’s most new error. He has made errors after errors. He encouraged Hamas in Gaza. He negotiated for Qatar…to finance them. Those were errors. It was a blunder for him not to accept a two- state answer, which he has not embraced. But, this is his most new mistake. And I concur with the title that Netanyahu may leave but Israel may get. That, to me, did solve all the errors, if the people of Israel get rid of Netanyahu. He is a mistake”.
