Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) is introducing legislation to stop President Joe Biden from allowing people traveling through the country’s Transportation Security Administration ( TSA ) regulations.
The” Verifying that All Illegal Aliens Have Legitimate Documents Act,” also known as the VALID Act, was released on Thursday by Green, who is the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee.
In an exclusive statement to Breitbart News, Green stated that having legitimate recognition to board a journey in the United States is a no-brainer, but not for the Biden administration. The safety of our country must be protected by My VALID Act.

Under the Biden administration, migrants from the U. S. Mexico border can use DHS documents as their official identification ( ID ) to present to TSA agents at airports.
For example, a migrant who recently crossed the border can use , arrest warrants, deportation orders, Notices to Appear (NTA ) in immigration court, and federal custody booking records as their ID at TSA. Americans are also required to present established government IDs to TSA agents at terminals.
Additionally, the Biden administration permits the use of the “CBP One” mobile app as an identification at TSA roadblocks for workers. More than half a million workers have been able to schedule meetings at the border thanks to the CBP One game, according to Breitbart News ‘ reporting.
Green’s bill may end the practice immediately.
The Immigration Accountability Project’s Rosemary Jenks criticized the Biden administration’s plan of flying illegal creatures all over the country without having any prior experience, using only a piece of paper or a variety from an application that the aliens filled out.
