At a North Carolina Planet Fitness place, Christopher Allan Miller stripped dressed in the women’s locker room. Despite being identified as a person, Miller was detained on Thursday for making inappropriate contact with a minor.
A traumatized person reported to local authorities that Miller was walking around the children’s locker room fully naked on April 4.  ,
” It’s a man but he says he identifies as a woman, and he wo n’t leave the restroom. But he is just walking about showing us his — and he did n’t left”, the concerned person said according to local news , WSOC- Television 9.
The criminal ‘s , booking information record Miller as a man and indicate that he’s being held at the Gaston County prison.
Betty Brice, a part of Planet Fitness, expressed her concern for Miller in the bath, saying,” I think a person should be able to enter a children’s bath without a person coming in and saying he’s transgender.”
Recently, Planet Fitness’s scheme on transgender people has drawn criticism for it, which states that people can use any facility that best fits their “gender identity.” Here’s what the website , says:

Certainly Miller neglected to do that if he was, in truth, in the skinny.
A female treadmill associate named  , Patricia Silvia , complained back in March about a biological male using- and yet shaving in- the women’s locker room, yet when a girl around 12 years old was there in the space.

Alternatively of apologizing to Silvia and handling the situation correctly, Planet Fitness removed her gym membership, which caused some users to voluntarily revoke their Planet Fitness members in protest. The gym’s value plummeted around  ,$ 400 , million  , after the fiasco.
Miller’s presence in the ladies room and his presence in the gals room without being in the ladies room are truly depressing and disconcerting. Although I’m glad he was detained, this is exactly the kind of thing Planet Fitness is inviting with these kinds of plans.
