According to Baja California’s Attorney General Mara Elena Andrade Ramrez, three boys in the town of Mexicali have been detained and are facing charges of animal cruelty.
Mexicali is around 120 miles south of Tijuana and is the country’s capital.
Andrade Ramrez claims that the young defendants were keeping track of themselves while abusing the species.
She said,” Videos have been circulated where you see a minor sexually abusing and having relations with a dog, and I ca n’t even describe it.” ” This is zoophilia, having sexual relations with these tiny creatures that are vulnerable while others were recording,” one witness said.
Zoophilia, or what some people refer to as bestiality, is defined as” sexual attraction of a man toward an pet, which may include the production of sexual fantasies about the pet or the pursuit of true physical contact with it.”
Our authorities tracked the IP address for the system that distributed the material after a video surfaced on social media on April 4 and we learned about it,” said Andrade Ramrez.
According to the attorney general, two of the kids involved are 11 centuries old, and the other is 13 years old.
According to Andrade Ramrez, the 13-year-old may be tried as a small under the laws and will spend 2 to 5 years in prison after being referred to counseling for “abhorrent behavior” by the younger ones and their parents.
The investigation is ongoing because we are still gathering videos that have been posted on social media, she said,” The parents wo n’t face any penalties unless we find they were involved.”
According to Andrade Ramírez, five puppies are now being treated.
” They were rescued by our officials in cooperation with the Animal Control section”, Andrade Ramírez said. ” The puppies are being guarded”.
The species have been transported to a temple in Mexicali.
