The poor immigrant who was recently accused of using another vessel and an FDNY fireboat for joyrides appears to be performing his old tricks in New York City once more.
The believe, who is actually from Ecuador, got into trouble for supposedly swiping the ancient FDNY ship, next after hopping onto a boat. According to the New York Post on Friday, he apparently attempted to board a little bigger dispatch in Manhattan shortly after being released without bail on Friday, citing multiple sources:

Juan Hernandez, 22, of Ecuador, was released on Friday night after allegedly taking the original FDNY-owned vehicle John J. Harvey on a wild trip down the Hudson River before swiping a boat in Chelsea for another sojourn.
The alleged vessel robber was back on the street trying to board the 133-foot starship Frying Pan, which, according to owners and staff, has a well-known floating restaurant at Pier 66.
Co- user of the Pier 66 Maritime, Angela Krevey, said the gentleman claimed he left his card aboard the vessel. Some folks speculated that because of its location and color scheme, he may have believed that the Frying Pan was the fireboat.
The man reportedly called the police to let him onto the barge, but when they were called, they said they could n’t do anything to stop him because he is a free man, according to Krevey, adding that there was no passport on the ship.
When speaking of the incidents that happened on Thursday, Krevey said,” If he was charged with two counts of grand larceny, why was he released from jail? I do n’t get this city. I definitely do n’t”.

According to Breitbart News, immigration was released by President Joe Biden’s ( D) administration on January 31 and is a significant reminder of sanctuary cities and their surrounding suburbs as a result of a crime wave.
According to the outlet, “police, especially in the Chicago area and New York City, reported substantial increases in violence related to refugees relocating to their cities.”
