Senator Marco Rubio ( R- FL ) said Sunday on CNN’s” State of the Union” that President Joe Biden telling , Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not to respond to the attack “encourages Iran”.
Anchor Jake Tapper said,” We’re waiting to see how is your answer to this attack. Iran has already issued a warning that any Israeli retaliation may face a more intense reaction from Iran. You referred to this as the Middle East’s most hazardous situation since 1973. What does Israel do, in your opinion?
Rubio said,” I’m not going to show Israel what to do because I’m not the one who was attacked by 300 missiles, weapons, and uavs.” I am aware of Israel’s pretty apparent military doctrine, which states that it must respond to attacks by attacking those who have suffered from a much more severe attack. This is a Jewish condition that has been attacked repeatedly by various locations throughout its history and has not stopped since. Over the course of their story, they have repeatedly faced existential threats to their lifestyle. In reality, judge is defined by that. They have therefore made the military philosophy that they react to problems on Israel proportionally. It is the reason why we have not had another 1973 time 1967 position”.
Rubio continued,” I do n’t understand why Joe Biden and the administration would leak to the media the details of a conversation where he tells Netanyahu that he does n’t believe any one should respond at all.” It is the way that they are playing a continuing portion of the public match, which openly supports Iran, Hezbollah, and the Houthis and all those other groups that are attacking Israel.
