The jury selection for former president Donald Trump’s extraordinary criminal trial, which is the first day of a two-week test, started on Monday night with jury selection.
The test is a president’s second legal trial.
Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 crimes, accusing him of falsifying papers to conceal a sex incident. Trump may face jail time if convicted.

Trump is scheduled to appear in court during the trial’s length and may also testify in court during his presidential campaign. The test could continue through June.

Potential judges are also included in it.
