Senate Democrats overwhelmingly voted to end President Joe Biden’s dismissed homeland security main Alejandro Mayorkas ‘ test in the Senate.

The first ballot of 51 Democrats to 48 Democrats, with one non-voting Republican legislator, was reported at 3:18 p. m. on Wednesday.

The voting, initiated by Majority Leader Sen. Because the charges against Mayorkas did not rise to the impeachable level of “high crimes, ” Chuck Schumer (D-NY ) declared that the first article of impeachment was “unconstitutional.” ”

Mayorkas was charged with the deliberate and systematic refusal to follow the law, including the law that requires that asylum seekers become held in detention until their legitimate claims are settled according to the House’s articles of impeachment.

Due to Republican senators ‘ motions to expand the test period, the vote was postponed.

With a group series report of 51 to 49, each proposal was rejected.

Following the vote, Schumer suggested that people vote to repeal the second article of impeachment, which claimed Mayorkas lied to Congress about border security or a “Breach of Public Trust. ” ”

“It is a criminal! ” Sen. As he introduced a motion to delay the vote, John Kennedy (R-LA ) said.

Democrats want to minimize the impact of Mayorkas ‘ refusal to enact the country’s popular and valuable immigration laws, according to Republican politicians. “The evidence is devastating, ” Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA ) told Fox News. They will be flung like seafood, according to the doctor. ”

Mayororkas has stated on numerous occasions that he favors more immigration because of his; immigrant kids, his  sympathy  for workers, and his aid for  “equity ” between Americans and foreigners.

He also justifies his pleasant for refugees by saying  his  priorities  are above the laws and  claiming  that the “needs”  of U. S. business are major —  regardless of the cost  to  regular Americans, the influence on  U. S. kids, or  Americans ’ rational  criticism.

These are the eyes of Americans who were able to walk our nation under Joe Biden and lost their lives as a result of legal illegal aliens.

The same leadership would only want to remove voter identification to allow these illegals to cast ballots.
