Early on Tuesday morning, law enforcement made a horrible discovery following a train conductor’s 911 call to report a fear that the coach perhaps have struck a man on the track. The area west of Del Rio was visited by numerous law enforcement agencies, who discovered the hard mutilated remains of a deceased child men lying on the tracks. The Union Pacific railroad worker claimed he was unable to prevent striking the people, according to law enforcement officials.
