
A Haitian migrant, apparently released into the United States via President Joe Biden’s pardon pipeline, is then accused of double killing in Orange County, New York.
Kenol Baptiste, a 30-year-old Creole immigrant, was indicted in Orange County on two counts of first-degree crime and two counts of second-degree death.
According to the prosecution, Baptiste allegedly used a knife to kill his two neighbors, both of whom were Haitians. Therefore, according to the report, Baptiste reportedly sought to conceal the weapon he used and fled the scene.
According to a statement, Baptiste was expelled from the United States. S. interior less than a year before, after scheduling an appointment at the border via the Department of Homeland Security’s ( DHS) “CBP One ” mobile app.

Baptiste presented himself at the Paso Del Norte port of entry in El Paso, Texas, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) in a statement to Fox News Digital. [Emphasis added]
The director claimed that after making an appointment on the CBP One game, he showed up on July 25 at the port of entry. After being processed and on parole into the United States, Baptististe received a notice to appear (NTA ) in immigration court. S. for pending treatment trials. Since then, ICE has detained him and has requested that he be taken into ICE prison upon his future release from jail. [Emphasis added]
As Breitbart News just reported, Biden’s pardon network has released more than 950,000 international immigrants, including Baptiste, into the U. S. since January 2023 as the inside. Almost 550,000 of those foreign citizens have arrived via the CBP One game.

Without parole, Baptiste is still incarcerated in Orange County Jail. Baptiste has been placed in a detention center by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) agency in a request for his custody.
