A 13-month-old woman has been accused of raping the child and placing the family dog at the center of the incident in Pennsylvania.

After being detained on murder and aggravated assault claims on Tuesday, Steven Kyle Cugini, 28, has been suspended by the York City Police Department, according to the Daily Voice.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Cugini, who formerly served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, turned himself in after workers at the Halifax YMCA Daycare reported the infant’s injury on Monday.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the nursery staff contacted the Pennsylvania State Police ( PSP) after the child’s mother gave conflicting information about how her child got wounds on her legs and face.

When the PSP’s Lykens Criminal Investigation Unit stepped up and discovered incredibly shocking information, that is when the situation was opened.

Upon examining the girl, a doctor alerted warriors to a damaged tibia and fibula, bruising to the face, lips, left foot, ankle, and mouth, and “significant injury ” to the vagina.

He reportedly attributed the girl’s broad injuries to baby reckless, a fall, and an event involving the family dog during an interview with police.

The baby’s family, who is probably in a partnership with Cugini, first backed up these claims to the police but finally admitted then.

Investigators discovered text messages between the pair that showed the family confronting Cugini about the wounds after she had allowed him to drown her child while she was having dinner on April 13 according to the petition.

Cugini reportedly locked the bathroom door, saying it was to maintain the woman’s five-year-old boy away.

However, the mom said she heard her daughter “cry very loudly” as well as “repeated pounding ” noises coming from the room during the supposed bath.

According to the local newspaper,” She knocked on the door and said it took 10 hours for Cugini to reply, even though she admitted to telling authorities that his trousers were on,” according to court records.

Cugini admitted to the police that he had a nappy rash but maintained his innocence, claiming that his own daughter had “similar accidents” as a result of nappy rash.

Cugini is a father to mini women, but not the hurt child, according to information obtained by the Daily Voice.

The former has since been accused of three felonies, including aggravated assault on a baby and aggravated assault on a child that causes serious bodily harm or injures a child with total disregard.

His bond was set at$ 200,000.

A part of this section was detained for an alleged wrongdoing and unlawful behavior event in Dauphin County, according to York Police Commissioner Michael Muldrow. According to our process, the person has been instantly suspended while the investigation is ongoing and the City looks to get appropriate steps. ”

    The commissioned continued:

As everyone knows, I will always be the one to stand up for and support our country’s citizens; but they also know: ( 1 ) How I feel about children; and ( 2 ) that I hold my officers to the highest standards when it comes to interacting with the community and representing this Department.

“And if these complaints are founded, trust and believe I’ll be the first to get sharp and clear action against them, ” he concluded.
