A hybrid political action committee ( PAC ), focused on messaging through music and culture, is launching to target groups of Americans previously chilly to the Republican Party and get them to vote for Donald Trump for president.
NEW GEN 47 — founded by LJ Fino, president of First Class Label Group and executive producer of Lara Trump’s music, and co-founded by Alex Fahmy — will keep hip-hop concerts and events in various cities across the country, aiming to “educate, enroll, and encourage younger voters from all walks of life to vote for President Trump and America First Candidates, ” Fino told Breitbart News.
“We’re about rewriting the text, transforming roll traditions into the MAGA Movement, and embracing the different accents that make up our nation, ” their site says. “At NEW GEN 47, we believe that officials are the new stars, and by harnessing the power of music culture, we’re opening doors to Independent and disengaged citizens like never before. ”
Fino told Breitbart that he launched this program on his conviction that “pop-culture … reflects and shapes our social environment ” and that Trump and the Trump plan represent the American Dream usually described in hip-hop songs.
“Pop-culture is not just enjoyment, it also reflects and shapes our social environment. Music songs then reflect the attainment of intergenerational wealth and there is only one member in the upcoming presidential election who is fighting to help working class Americans. As past President Barack Obama once wrote during his time as a law student, ‘ I may not be Donald Trump already, but really you wait; if I don’t create it, my children did, ‘” Fino said.
Co-Founder Alex Fahmy echoed Fino’s purpose of conveying to voters that Donald Trump represents a reformation of the American dream, telling Breitbart News, “Joe Biden has turned the American Dream into the American Nightmare owing to his open borders and ‘Bidenomics ’ plans. People are waking up to the progressive lies, and they are motivated now more than ever to visit NEW GEN 47 and enable President Trump win this vote to bring back the America Dream. ”
The NEW GEN 47 staff met with Republican National Committee co-chair, Lara Trump, last week after she has said in various interviews that she intends to target fresh populations in the upcoming vote, that have not recently been courted by Republicans.
In a special movie released by the PAC, these efforts are noted and placed in comparison with patronizing remarks made by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris about these areas.
Lara Trump told Breitbart the RNC is eager to approach new voters as the Democratic Party “does n’t deliver on promises and takes their votes for granted. ”
“Americans of all ages and backgrounds are growing tired of voting for a group that does n’t deliver on promises and takes their votes for granted. Now is the time to reach out to all citizens and develop the camp of the Republican Party. New Gen 47 is the right idea at the right time to help right the ship of America, ” Trump told Breitbart News.
“NG47 speaks for the words of the young people in America. New and fresh concepts are developed from the great minds of the children. Pop tradition speaks to the activity and potential of America. Pop society is not only, music, TV, films, games, publications- Pop culture is politics! ! ! ! The future of politics begins with the next century, raising that voice in unity and no section. A house divided against itself can not stand and the youth looks towards the future for a greater America in unity, ” Anthony “AD” Daughtry, NEW GEN 47 pop culture adviser, wrote in a statement to Breitbart News.
Eleven famous rappers and hip-hop artists have come out in support of Trump’s 2024 candidacy, including Kodak Black , Sexyy Red , Waka Flocka Flame , Azealia Banks, and Chief Keef.
Trump is also encroaching on President Joe Biden’s lead with young voters, according to various recent polls.
