Thousands of anti- Israel activists gathered outside of Sen. Chuck Schumer’s ( D- York ) apartment in Brooklyn, calling for the United States to” prevent arming Israel”.
On the next day of the Jewish holiday of Passover, film posted to X showed what appeared to be thousands of protesters gathering in the street outside of Schumer’s house.
A seder is a Passover vacation dinner, which includes tracks, reports, reading, and eating special foods, along with other cultures. For those who live in Israel, it is held on the first day of Passover, but for those outside of Israel, it is held on the first two nights of Easter.

According to a post on X by JVP NYC, Jewish protesters gathered outside of Schumer’s home reportedly from organizations like the New York City-based Jewish Voice for Peace ( JVP ) chapter, If Not Now, and the New York chapter of Jews for Racial &, Economic Justice.

As Israel’s battle against Hamas progresses, protesters gathered reportedly demanded that the United States stop sending arms to it.
Officers from the New York Police Department were videotaped telling protesters outside of Schumer’s home that they were “blocking vehicular traffic” and that they would be detained for disorderly conduct if they did n’t “move and get onto the sidewalk.”
Protesters may be heard singing,” Stop Funding Genocide”.
