
Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad, the Amir of the State of Qatar, and Nepal’s Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’Praganda’ on Wednesday held intergovernmental discussions. Eight partnerships with Nepal were signed during Qatari Amir’s attend, but none of them included the labor agreement.
After representatives from both countries holding diplomatic talks in Kathmandu, Nepali Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Qatari Amir signed the agreement.
An afternoon before signing the partnerships, the Amir engaged in a one- on- one appointment with PM Dahal. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that during the group meeting, six partnerships between departments and two contracts between the private areas were signed.
Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in the Fields of Culture and Arts was signed on Wednesday between the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation of Nepal and the Ministry of Culture of the State of Qatar, before the Amir of Qatar’s official exit from the Himalayan region.
A cooperation and exchange of news between Qatar and Nepal ( QNA ) was signed by Qatar and Nepal under a cooperation and exchange agreement.
In addition, Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) for Cooperation in the Field of Education, Higher Education, and Scientific Research between the Government of Nepal and the Government of the State of Qatar has been signed, as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The governments of Nepal and Qatar signed a second Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the fields of children and activities.
Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation between the Office of the Attorney General of Nepal and the State of Qatar has also been signed.
Qatar, a Middle Eastern nation prosperous in fuel, and Nepal, a country in the Himalayas, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Diplomatic Training and Education between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Institute of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Nepal.
Private bodies of the two countries also signed an agreement to establish a Joint Business Council ( JBC ) between Qatar Chamber and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry ( FNCCI).
Additionally, the Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) between Qatar Chamber and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry ( FNCCI) has been renewed between the nations.
The Amir of Qatar flew back home after completing his two-day state visit to Nepal, followed by meal hosted by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal. Amir Al Thani was formally bid goodnight at the airport by President Ram Chandra Poudel, Vice President Ram Shaya Prasad Yadav, Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, and Foreign Minister Narayankaji Shrestha.
Amir Al Thani met with President Paudel and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal while they were in office, underscoring their commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties.
