The new Singer music” Taylor Made Freestyle,” which was first released on his Instagram last Friday, apparently used” Artificial software to make verses emulating both Snoop Dogg and Shakur,” according to NBC News.
” In a begin- and- desist email Wednesday, Howard King, an lawyer who represents Shakur’s house, requested that Drake remove the monitor from all platforms where it is officially available”, noted the outlet.
” Drake, whose legal name is Aubrey Drake Graham, has until noon Thursday to ensure his assistance. Then, the estate will’ do all of its constitutional remedies ‘ against him, according to the letter, a copy of which was obtained by NBC News”, it added.
The land of Shakur seeks damages for significant financial and reputational damage, including all profits from the record, as well as extra damages.

King wrote in the letter that the record” a flagrant violation of Tupac’s publicity and the estate’s legal rights” and that it “also shows blatant abuse of the legacy of one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time.”
King further claimed that Drake’s song” created the false impression that the Estate and Tupac promote or endorse the lyrics for the sound- alike.”
Tupac’s family stated that it will be seeking damages and profits from the incident.
Shakur’s estate seeks damages, including all profits from the record, as well as additional damages for significant economic and reputational harm.
” The unauthorized, equally dismaying use of Tupac’s voice against Kendrick Lamar, a good friend to the Estate who has given nothing but respect to Tupac and his legacy publicly and privately, compounds the insult”, King wrote in the letter.
King also made note in the letter that the song” Heart on My Sleeve” had an AI voice that resembled Drake and was removed from streaming services after it became popular.
Your record label took down a well-known AI imitation of you and the Weeknd with a great deal of news coverage highlighting how damaging the fake was to you even more recently, King wrote.
Drake and his supporters have n’t made any comments on the subject.
