A judge has declined to reject lots of lawsuits brought against rapper Travis Scott for his role in the infamous 2021 Astroworld festival, which resulted in the death of ten people in a crowded audience.

Scott and his travelling and manufacturing business, XX Global, were ordered to be exonerated from the circumstance by State District Judge Kristen Hawkins in a one-page order. The attempt was approved on Tuesday, but it was later made public.

At a hearing on April 15, Scott’s attorneys asserted that he was not accountable for planning for security and monitoring for potential dangers at the music on November 5, 2021.

They claimed that Scott just had creative responsibilities and duties related to the event, including performing and marketing.

But, Noah Wexler, an counsel for the home of Madison Dubiski, 23, one of the 10 people killed, said Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, had a” conscious disrespect for health” at the sold- out festival. Wexler claimed that Scott encouraged those without reservations to enter and that he turned down event organizers ‘ orders to end the show when requested because some people in the audience were hurt or dying.

Earlier this month, Hawkins rebutted lawsuits brought against Drake and a number of other actors and businesses involved in the present.

The home of Dubiski is scheduled to start the lawsuit on May 6 with a trial date of May 6.

The people of the 10 people who died, plus thousands who were injured, sued Scott and Life Nation— the show’s producer — as well as dozens of different individuals and entities.

After an&nbsp, research by Houston officers, &nbsp, no charges were filed against Scott, and a great jury&nbsp, declined&nbsp, to prosecute him and five different people on any legal matters related to the deadly music.

Those killed, who ranged in age from 9 to 27, &nbsp, died from compression asphyxia, which an expert likened to being crushed by a car.

Some of the lawsuits brought by the families of the dead and the hundreds of injured people have been settled, including those brought by the families of four of the dead.
