Kim Kardashian, a reality TV star, and Vice President Kamala Harris met at the White House on Thursday to explain how to increase work to commute sentences for nonviolent offenders nationwide.
Following President Joe Biden’s news this week that he had granted clemency to 16 drug offenders, the meeting was held.

To kick off the roundtable function, Harris said,” I want thank Kim for your advocacy and for using your system in a way that has actually raised the importance of talking about and being dedicated to following possibilities.”

Kardashian’s first mercy meet came under the Trump administration. The reality TV star urged Harris to continue working to “achieve those desires” by promoting “easy” ways for convicts to reenter society through small-business loans and other measures.
