According to a recent Quinnipiac University ballot, two-thirds of voters believe abortion should be legal in all or the majority of cases.

According to the survey, 32 % of Americans believe abortion should be legal in the majority of cases and 34 % in all cases. Quinnipiac University, a kept- leaning pollster, said aid for constitutional abortion is at” the highest levels in two decades” of polling on the problem.

Conversely, 27 percent of voters think abortion should be illegal in most cases ( 22 percent ) or all cases ( 5 percent ).

According to social associations, 58 percent of Democrats believe that abortion should always be lawful, compared to a whopping 45 % of politicians and 14 percentage of Republicans.

Thirty percentage of Democrats say pregnancy may be legal in most cases, as do 31 percent of Republicans, and 38 percent of politicians.

Republicans are most likely to say abortion should be illegal in most cases ( 37 percent ) or all cases ( 11 percent ). In the majority of cases, twenty-two percentage of politicians believe abortion may be prohibited, but only a third of them do so. Ten percent of Democrats believe that abortion should be prohibited in most cases ( 7 % ) or all cases ( 3 % ).

A majority of white evangelicals say abortion should be illegal in most cases ( 45 percent ) or all cases ( 12 percent ). Thirty- four percent say it should be legal in all ( 10 percent ) or most cases ( 24 percent ), according to the survey.

Responders were asked how they would react if a friend or family member revealed to them that they planned to have an abortion.

” A majority ( 53 percent ) would support her plan, while 32 percent would try to talk her out of it, and 14 percent did not offer an opinion”, according to the survey report. &nbsp,

Support was much higher if the woman&nbsp, was a target a rape or incest, 80 percent to 13 percent with seven percentage abstinence, the study found. &nbsp,

Nevertheless, when respondents were asked what the most serious problem facing the United States is, just five cent say pregnancy, while 23 percent say business, 24 percentage say immigration, and 18 percent say preserving democracy. &nbsp,

The survey was conducted between April 18- 22, 2024 with 1, 603 individuals. The percentage of random failure is ±2.5 percentage points.
