A Delta Air Lines flight en route to Los Angeles, California, was forced to return to John F. Kennedy International Airport ( JFK) in New York City after an emergency equipment malfunction.
Delta , Flight 520 had been in the heat for 33 days before declaring an emergency and returning to JFK aircraft, according to ABC7NY.
Around 8:35 a.m., the aircraft carefully touched down at the airport.
The flight said in a statement that it was observed that the incident drop had separated from the plane after the plane had carefully landed and proceeded to a wall.
According to reports, the aircraft’s pilots reported hearing “vibrations and hitting sounds” to air traffic control before heading back to the Trump airport.

There were apparently 176 people, and seven flight staff people, including two aircraft and five flight attendants.
People on the Delta aircraft were placed on another plane, which departed around 10: 59 a. m.
In June 2023, Flight 520 was forced to make an unexpected halt in Utah due to technical problems. Upon takeoff, an air drop inadvertently deployed, sending a staff member who had been hit by the drop to the doctor.
The plane has also reportedly had many problems related to the website, a cracked windscreen, and fumes in the pilot.
According to Flexport, aviation can serve an average of 30 times before retiring.
