On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s” Morning Joe”, White House National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby stated that Hamas does n’t care about the Palestinian people and if they did,” they’d lay down their arms, they’d step aside, they’d release those hostages”, but they’ve refused hostage release offers. Additionally, Kirby added that there are “needs to be zero” civilian casualties and that there have been to many civilian deaths in Gaza.
While discussing the victims, Kirby said,” I wish I had development to tell you about this day. I do n’t. There was a very good plan laid at the foot of Hamas, just a couple of days before, after Bill Burns, our CIA Director, negotiated it in Cairo. They have never considered that suggestion. If they truly cared about the Israeli people, if they truly cared about an independent position, they would lay down their weapons, move away, release the hostages, and let us get started working with Israel and the Palestinian Authority to create a Palestinian Authority that was actually regulate and fulfill the needs of the Arab people.
Later, Kirby stated that there is n’t any evidence of Israel committing genocide in Gaza, adding,” Now, that said, there has been, and the president talked about this, too many civilian casualties.
