During her Lok Sabha surveys battle in the Naggal community on Saturday, a group of farmers protested against Banto Kataria, the BJP’s Ambala member. The protesters pressed Kataria to explain why farmers were prevented from entering the country’s capital by demanding a constitutional guarantee on the maximum support price for crops.
Gurmeet Singh Majri, the Bharatiya Kisan Union ( Shaheed Bhagat Singh ), and other protesters also questioned why barricades were erected at the Shambhu border point and why force was used against the farmers who were marching to Delhi.
Aseem Goyal, the Ambala City MLA and the minister of state for travel, tried to appease the farmers but they continued to rally.
In the settlements, producers will continue to oppose BJP applicants, according to Majri.
Producers have been protesting against BJP candidates in response to their objections to their expectations.
Farmers organized a” Delhi Chalo” march led by the Samyukta Kisan Morcha ( Non-Political ) and the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha to get the government to accept their demands, including a legal guarantee on the minimum support price for crops.
Since February 13 when their protest was interjected by security forces, the protesting producers have camped at the border crossing points of Punjab and Haryana.
