
20 soldiers were killed and several others were hurt in an weapons explosion at a foundation in southwest Cambodia on Saturday afternoon, according to Prime Minister Hun Manet.
Hun Manet stated in a Twitter blog that he was “deeply shocked” when he learned of the fire at the bottom in Kampong Speu state. What caused it was n’t immediately known.
