Pennsylvania Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick, on Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Saturday, ripped his opposition, Sen. Bob Casey ( D- PA ), for his fundamental letter expressing accessibility to changing Columbus Day to” Indigenous Peoples ‘ Time”.
Casey criticized Columbus Day in his letter, highlighted a piece of legislation that would change the name of the holiday to Indigenous Women’s Day, and said he would maintain the electorate ‘ “views in mind” if the bill actually come up for a ballot.
Breitbart News Saturday network Matthew Boyle asked McCormick for his views on the notice, which Breitbart News first , reported.
” This man is completely out of step with Pennsylvania, and he’s out of action with the kind of leadership we need”, McCormick said. ” And this Columbus Day thing — only a great example, it’s, like, precisely what Casey does”.
” He leans to the left. He’s semi- commitment. He exhibits a willingness to talk about this absurdity, such as removing Columbus Day and creating Indigenous Peoples ‘ Time. This is the kind of woke left drivel that Bob Casey has come to embrace,” he continued.

McCormick pointed to another instance of Casey’s no- committed predilection: his claim to get pro- Israel while endorsing Rep. Summer Lee ( D- PA ), whom the Wall Street Journal reported , has called for an absolute ceasefire in the war and voted against aid to Israel.
” Bob Casey says he’s a solid supporter of Israel, he’s opposed to pro- Semitism. And he’s endorsed Summer Lee, who’s a member of the squad. She’s the lawmaker from my neighborhood, here in Pittsburgh”, McCormick emphasized.
” Bob Casey tries to have it both way”, he added. ” So this is a person with no authority, no moral courage, and this is another case of it”.

McCormick noted times before that “moral confidence” is needed most in the United States.
” Our government’s in trouble financially, we’re in trouble in our role in the world, we’re in trouble philosophically— you see these children marching on campus — and the issue we need more than anything else is management. Social confidence is something that we need more than anything else. McCormick emphasized.
” Bob Casey has been in public life for 30 years — statewide office — and in the Senate 18 years, and he’s not done something consequential”, McCormick continued. He has not produced a one important piece of legislation. But people ca n’t think that that means he has n’t been incredibly damaging, and what’s happened is he’s moved further and further to the left”.
