At the White House Correspondents ‘ Dinner on Saturday night, President Joe Biden joked about himself and former president Donald Trump while reiterating their relationship in the pair’s November general election rematch.
” I’m a developed person running against a 6- yr- aged”, Biden said, taking a chance at his opponent before turning it back on himself. ” Well, I feel great. I actually feel wonderful. I’m campaigning all over the country: Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina. I’ve often done well in the original 13 provinces”.
Biden, 81, continued to adopt his time, roping Saturday Night Live father Lorne Michaels into one of his jokes.
” I know you’re looking round and saying,’ This dude’s been doing this for 50 years, he’s had his time, give someone else a opportunity,'” Biden said, apparently of himself. ” To say that, I say, Lorne, ignore the reviewers”.
The president also seized on the opportunity to slam Trump for his behavior by noting that his evil leader “actually endorses me,” which former vice president Mike Pence did not do for the former president next month. Biden also made fun of his father for his constitutional issues, which he claimed led to Trump starting to read the Books he has been selling.
” Then he got to the First Commandment: ‘ You may have no other angels before me,'” Biden said. ” That’s when he put it down and said,’ This text is not for me.'”

Biden ended his remarks with a more serious note, criticizing Trump for calling the click” the enemy of the people” and taking a moment to show his “genuine thanks to the completely click.”
” That’s wrong, and it’s dangerous”, Biden said. You figuratively risk your life while performing your duties. You do. Some of your coworkers have lost their lives, and many have suffered terrible wounds, covering everything from natural disasters to epidemics to wars and many more. Another journalists have lost their freedom. Journalism’s obviously not a crime — not here, no there, not anywhere in the earth”.
