A big road rage incident that stopped customers on Los Angeles Freeway 10 last month just outside of Santa Monica, California, resulted from a fender bender last year.
The battle started when two people who were traveling in one car claimed they were struck by the drivers of another car, according to Fox 11 Los Angeles. The other pilot denied the argument, and blows were thrown.  ,
” I came upon this father and son beating this man over a wheel bender”, Thiago Oliveira, a testimony of the incident, told Fox 11 Los Angeles. He claimed that the attackers hit him, but they deny it.
Oliveira recorded the battle, but he kept his distance from the fight for protection.  , But, as the battle dragged on and transportation reached a halt, Oliveira decided to take matters into his own hands.
” I was like, I’m not going to get close until I realized they do n’t have any guns. And I wo n’t get killed over this thing. But when I realized I was safe, I went over”, Oliveira stated. ” I said,’ Hey, folks, listen, we can either call the cops right now, or we can get, because there’s 50 automobiles behind us,’ so everyone just left”.
A picture of the struggle, recorded by Oliveira, was shared with Fox 11 News. The film features a fourth man repeatedly punching one man while another is holding another man. A third man, a lady, can be seen emerging from one of the vehicles to picture the brawl. The person can be heard hollering,” No, sweetheart, stop,” in the car of the guy who was primarily targeted by the other two men. after the person started kicking back and retaliating.  ,
Los Angeles has gained notoriety for having a lot of road rage incidents, according to ABC 7: almost 870 road rage incidents were reported by the LAPD ( LAPD ) in 2022.
Due to the high volume of traffic in Los Angeles and a lack of reporting, law police struggles to stop road rage scuffles. California Vehicle Code 13210 VC carries severe penalties for road rage situations in an effort to deter individuals from taking their emotions into their own hands. For their first act, drivers who are found guilty of violating the street trend legislation have their license suspended for six weeks.  ,

Although most road rage involves small acts like yelling or obscenities, it can be dangerous. Earlier this month, 27- yr- ancient Marcus Anthony Eriz received a 40- time sentence for his role in the death of 6- year- ancient Aiden Leos.
Eriz was involved in a automobile- to- car fight in 2021 while on Freeway 55 just outside of Orange, California.  , Eriz shot into a vehicle driven by Joanna Cloonan, the family of Leos, and Leos was tragically struck by the bullet.
