Hunter Biden’s prosecutors have apparently threatened to sue Fox News “imminently” unless the system takes down what it claims are “hacked” pictures of their client.
The younger Biden is urging the sexually explicit pictures of his degenerate exploits to be removed or to invoke “revenge video” laws in an election year volley against the traditional media outlet, which is very critical of his dad.
The national father’s lawyers requested that Fox “preserve all documents likely related to the allegations in this letter,” a phrase that is commonly used as a prelude to constitutional action, and the letter, which was dated April 23 and was sent to Fox News and FOX Corp from the scandal-drenched political son’s lawyers, was dated April 23.
Second on CNN: Attorneys for Hunter Biden are pressing Fox News to stop making claims that Alexander Smirnov and his parents were money. The system is accused of conspiracies and later actions to disparage Mr. Biden and color him in a false light, the unregulated commercial exploitation of his image, name, and likeness, as well as the unlawful publication of stolen personal images of him, according to the letter that was first reported by CNN.
Biden has reportedly retained the services of his law firm and top-notch star attorney Mark Geragos to defend him in the complaint. Generationos has established himself with a star-studded clientele that includes” King of Pop” Michael Jackson, a violent original NFL quarterback, and self-styled racist Colin Kaepernick, as well as celebrity Winona Ryder.
The letter especially references NBC News ‘ policy of allegations of corruption against President Biden and his community by trusted FBI agent Alexander Smirnov, who was detained by federal prosecutors on costs of making false statements about the Bidens in February.
According to Geragos,” Smirnov and the post-indictment revelations basically closed the loop on the conspiracy.”
According to NBC News, the letter “alleges that Fox News knew that the bribery allegations were unverified at the time but continued to report that the source was “highly credible,” and demands corrections and retractions, as well as on-air statements from television hosts ‘ including Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, and Maria Bartiromo to inform their viewers on air that they have been sharing a debunked allegation from a source who has been federally indicted.”
The letter also criticizes Fox for its sleazy, dirty photos of the allegedly reformed crackhead frolicking with prostitutes and consuming illegal substances, many of which feature full-frontal nudity of the Biden family’s bad boy from the infamous “laptop from hell” that he abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop.
The outlet also published intimate photos of Mr. Biden depicting him in the nude as well as engaging in sex acts, according to the letter, pleading for the series ‘ immediate removal from its streaming platforms. The outlet also aired a mock trial of Biden on its Fox Nation streaming network in 2022, which focused on the bribery allegations.
” FOX knows that these private and confidential images were hacked, stolen, and/or manipulated digital material” , , Biden’s attorneys lawyers which according to CNN,” contained several of the explicit images, some of which were blurred”.
According to CNN, the publication of the images violated” the majority of states ‘ laws against the nonconsensual disclosure of sexually explicit images and videos, sometimes referred to as “revengeance porn” laws.
