The judge overseeing the former Hollywood mogul’s case erred last week when he allowed the evidence of people who claimed Weinstein to be false in a case against him that he had never been charged with.
The appeals court ruled by a ballot of four to three that the prosecutor had “erroneously admitted evidence of protonated, reported earlier sexual acts against people other than the plaintiffs of the main crimes.”
According to the BBC report, the trial judge” complicated the problem” by allowing Weinstein to be cross-examined in a way that “highly discriminatory” to portray him.
” The solution for these heinous problems is a novel trial”, the jury found.

In a speech on Friday, the Manhattan attorney’s office vowed to work towards a subsequent judgment, although it did not provide any timeframe.
According to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg,” We will do everything in our energy to try this circumstance, and remain steadfast in our responsibility to victims of sexual assault.”
Weinstein inc- founded the Miramax movie theater, whose visits included Shakespeare in Love, which won best picture at the Academy Awards, and Pulp Fiction.
His movie received more than 300 Oscar votes and 81 figurines.
