John Hundley, the father of song and American Idol alum , Mandisa, says there are” no signs” of personal- damage amid the ongoing investigation into his mother’s death.
” I believe strongly that the policeman believes and knows that she did not]harm herself ]”, Hundley , told , Fox News. They discussed any scars or injuries that might have occurred on her body. There were no indications that she had done anything wrong, despite the fact that they looked for any indications that she might have.
As Breitbart News reported, Mandisa Lynn Hundley, a Grammy Award- winning actor known mononymously as Mandisa, was found dead in her Tennessee residence on April 18 at the age of 47. The band’s cause of death remains unknown.
Franklin Police Department Public Information director Max Wintz, meanwhile, told Fox News the research into Mandisa’s suicide is still continuous.
Over the weekend, officially, friends and family gathered at Nashville’s Brentwood Baptist Church to remember Mandisa.
” Here’s what I think happened”, Hundley said during the meeting. ” Mandisa fell down in her home. They found her on the floor. She was lying on the left side of her sleep if you were to look from her side. It’s obvious that’s where she was laying, there was a couple of large rugs that and some attire”.
” On the straight side of the bed, back, was this drawer. On the straight side of the bed, I discovered her telephone. Mandisa had no way to get around the base, go out there, and find a phone to call for assistance, he continued.
Hundley continued:
She did not harm herself. As she said, Mandisa loved the Lord and the Lord loved Mandisa. So there’s one item you may not have known. She mentioned to me a while back that she had gotten COVID-19 and that she had been struggling to move past that. But she was trying to hit through. We talked a lot on Easter morning, but I did n’t call her until after she arrived, but I’ve spoken to her frequently. Does she then rest peacefully.
Mandisa’s father told Fox News his comments received mix reaction, but that he does n’t think he’s saying anything that his daughter would n’t have wanted said.
” Some people criticize me for talking”, Hundley said. They said I ought to be grieving more. I am. The first few times, I’ll show you, it was difficult. I could n’t sleep. For the first time in my life, I slept six or five hours last night. I’ve been grieving”.
” I believe that she’s delighted, and I’m trying to be happy like she would be”, he added. I have had to be content and not weep. At the homegoing support, I made the incorrect statement.
” I said,’ I know people are n’t supposed to cry.’ I know that that’s a belief that some people have” , , Hundley said. ” I do n’t  , know if men are not supposed to cry because I cry all the time”.
