On Monday, thousands of workers swarmed into Powell Barnett Park in Seattle, most of whom were from Africa and Venezuela, and quickly constructed a tent camp before publishing a list of requirements including free accommodation, meals, and other necessities.
The area, situated in Seattle’s Central District area, was invaded in a planned invasion by more than 200 refugees who brought in wooden boxes and erected huts on top of them.
Don Tstay, a native of the Republic of Congo in Central Africa, told the media that they planned to remain until their requirements are satisfied.
” Thus far they have n’t kicked us up, and we plan to stay until we get housing”, Tstay said according to KOMO- TV. ” He added that” the state “needs to give them housing, job permits, and other freebies.
According to Jonathan Choe, a senior fellow at the Discovery Institute, it appears that the whole event was staged because a group of “far-left activists” were now present to assist the migrants in carrying out their demands.
ABSOLUTE MADNESS: Monday night, more than a hundred refugees invaded Seattle’s Central District and took over Powell Barnett Park, a favorite play area for kids and dogs. Tsay declined to give the names of the advocate parties, despite her acknowledgment that they are being led by them.
He noted that when the city’s cash for the motels in Kent ran out and the owners turned out to be all non-paying inhabitants, he and other migrants were forced to leave their free housing there. These activist groups have been preparing the expelled workers ‘ upcoming goes since then.
KOMO confronted the administrators of the Kent Quality Inn, but they were informed that no workers had been expelled.
Adriana Medina, a regional from Venezuela, told Fox News that the traveling is “very, very hard for everyone.” … Even now, we do n’t know how much time we’re going to have to camp. … We do n’t have these answers. We ca n’t tell anyone what we’re doing because we do n’t know ourselves.”
Another immigrant argued that he and his brother laborers are” the future of America.”
They have children who attended college here and who were born below. They are the future of America,” said Republic of Congo local Samuel”. They’re asking for help to be able to be around.”
A camper told the station that one immigrant wanted to give him wealth, while another claimed the government needed to give him a place to live.
Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell’s business leaders reaffirmed their commitment to meeting the demands and are working with the immigrants to fulfill them.
It is neither healthy nor healthier to camp in a garden, and we will continue to make connections to appropriate resources as they become available, a statement read by KOMO.
The remaining- wing campaigners are also attempting to arouse gifts of tents, blankets, and tarps from the government.
